Go Ape Adventure is an outdoor zip line course at Shelby Farms Park. Those ages 10 and older can zip, climb and swing through the trees. The minimum height is 4'-7", maximum weight is 285 lbs. Everyone is equipped with a harness, pulleys, carabiners, and given a 30 minute safety training. Instructors are always on hand to patrol the forest. The course is composed of six sections, with each one going higher. There are over 40 courses/obstacles including rope ladders, net bridges, Tarzan swings and 6 zip lines. The course takes about 2-3 hours to complete. Group discounts are available for groups of 10 or more.
