Don Poier Memorial Scholarship
The Don Poier Memorial Scholarship assists well-rounded high school students living in Shelby County who demonstrate strong character and are actively involed in school and the community.


Collierville Alumni Association Scholarship

The Collierville High School Alumni Association awards several $1000 college scholarships to several students each year.  Requirements include a minimum 3.0 GPA and demonstration through school and community activities what Collierville has meant to them.  For a complete list of requirements as well as other scholarships click here.


The purpose of FAFSA Memphis is to create a space where students and their families have access to local FAFSA events, resources, and deadlines in order to be college ready.  FAFSA is the Free Application for Federal Student Aid.  Find FAFSA Memphis events and workshops, here.


Junior Auxiliary of Desoto County
The Junior Auxiliary of Desoto County offer several scholarships for residents of Desoto County and Tennessee.  Offers and deadlines vary.

The Simon Youth Foundation (SYF) is a national nonprofit that works to improve dropout rates and increase college accessibility.  Each year they award a $1500 scholarship to high school senior that lives within 50 miles of a Simon Mall property (Wolfchase Galleria).  The application deadline is March 1, with recipients being notified in May.  Students can apply at www.syf.org/scholarships


Step Ahead Scholarship

The Step Ahead Scholarship program is a collaborative effort with Girls Inc. of Memphis to support young women in the Memphis community.  The scholarship is available to any young woman in Shelby County age 17 - 30 years old with plans to attend an accredited post-secondary institution.
